Summary
A centralised branding system that allows businesses to define their colours, typography, imagery, and tone of voice. The branding would then propagate throughout the platform ensuring a consistent look and feel across all customer-facing experiences from a decidated place.
I owned the product experience and technical implementation of the feature, collaborating closely with a UX/UI Designer and Product Manager throughout research, discovery, iteration, and delivery.
Results
~10% reduction in setup time for self served users
~30% reduction in setup time for premium onboarded users.
Improved internal processes including:
Faster onboarding of new employees using pre-configured product accounts
Streamlined creation of branded demo accounts for sales presentations
Reduced time required to produce branded environments for marketing materials
