Customer Display for Marsello

Summary

A customer-facing point-of-sale display application designed to power seamless in-store loyalty interactions. Customers can quickly access their loyalty profile by scanning a personal QR code, entering their email or mobile number, or creating an account on the spot. Once signed in, they can view their profile, track rewards, and redeem coupons.


I  led the technical implementation of the feature, partnering closely with the UX/UI Designer and Product Manager through research, discovery, iteration, and delivery to bring the experience to life.

Results

  • Delivered a seamless in-store loyalty experience that enabled customers to quickly sign in, access rewards, and engage with the brand during checkout.

  • Built a flexible dynamic theming architecture that allowed brands to customise colours, typography, and imagery, across the entire interface without requiring engineering changes.
